It was awesome, absolutely delightful amd so much fun! It brings me back all memories of my time in Korea... I used to watch plays more than movies - I went to movie less than three times per year but went to watch plays more than once per month for a few years...
Tonight's play was good... very traditional Korean music.. songs.. colors.. stage design.. costumes... synopsis and jokes.. I liked it more because, I guess, I haven't seen anything like this for last 6 years in Perth.. Anyway, the first picture is the initial stage setup and the second is taken when they all came on the stage.
I think it's such an opportunity to introduce a traditional Korean play to other countries however there are a few things to be done... from my point of view. Well, the surtitle was hilarious.. I'm not saying my English is good enough to criticize but it could be much better! Not like movie starts.. actors in plays must act in clear pronunciation to convey the play right. Some of actors in this play requires putting more efforts for it...I believe. In terms of stage utilization...the left of the stage was a bit ignored... it wasn't very well balanced.. I may say..
It was really good... and as expected... I'm getting homesick... I appreciated for staffs who organized this for people in Perth and wish there will be more opportunities to see things like this!

This was the best bit of theatre that I have seen for ages - just delightful - full of humour and the dancing and singing were imaginative.
