My favorite Laksa !

I had my favorite Malaysian Laksa again yesterday.. I was invited to my friend's family laksa lunch. My friend cooks a fantastic seafood laksa with a little bit of chicken in it. All flavor's well harmonized so you won't taste anything strange but at the same time you can surprise your taste buds with each ingredients' flavor!
Anyway... I thought he was the king of 'that Laksa' but his mum ruled out that... his mum's laksa was mostly delightful and sensationally tasty... it was rich in flavor but not oily at all... It was an almost 40 degree hot day but the food was just great for that weather! Oh.. mamma mia.. it was good! What is the best? You definitely feel this is mum's home cooking... beautiful!
