my favorite street in Seoul

It's not just one street.. it's more like my favorite journey through streets in Seoul. It starts from my high school (now they moved though) and goes through one of the palaces and around the palace passing the president's house then my favorite bar in the Plaza Hotel. It doesn't stop there.. the journey stretches to one of the Five Great Temples in Korea then ends in Insadong!

The bar in the Plaza Hotel is(was.. maybe)great.. not too bright not too dark.. just right for Jazz and nice few drinks during my journey... It's not the bar for Friday night but it's the one you can enjoy your friends' company..

Hidden small streets.. high security as it gets close to the president's house... many unknown but pretty posh, classic cafes and restaurants... tiny galleries near the palace.. some restaurants introduce very special Korean traditional cuisine and unique teas..

It's my favorite journey to walk with special friends... to take myself whenever needed...

It's in yellow, pink and white in spring, in green in summer, in yellow and brown in fall and very white in winter...

I remember the smell when spring arrives there.. and the hot steamy street after showers in summer... I can recall the winds when fall comes around the corner... and I can feel the ice cold wind of the winter.. and the snow..

Hope it's all there as it was...
