
Believe or not, he doesn't have coffee at home!!! what a strange species! So the photo was taken with black tea. His apple tart has ground hazelnuts on the bottom of it and he pours his secret recipe custard on the top of apples. Of course this picky and fussy (in terms of cooking) Swiss baker makes his own dough, which is my favorite part... It's crispy but it's got hazelnut and apple flavor... Oh boy, you cannot even buy this kind of swiss-made apple tarts even in the best bakery in Perth (the one in Lincoln St, the baker is a Swiss too).
