Banana pancake

This is my banana pancake for any Sunday morning. Well, my friends were struggling to turn it over as I add too much mashed bananas but it was very sweet and soft! My sharemate took a great photo of it - it looks so yummy with sliced bananas and ice-cream on it. We had it with fruit salads and AUTHENTIC maple syrup! - I'm telling you it's gotta be with authentic Canadian maple syrup!! Need recipe?
