I love apple pies!!

I don't usually eat apples except sweet fuji apples but somehow I love applie pies... Anne and I have been doing our 'apple pie' tour looking for the best apple pie! Well, it hasn't been successful so far but today I had a very good apple pie... Where? at my place! Where did I get it? Anne baked it! It's a very different apple pie with almond crust and caramelized top pastry (because of the filling)!!! oh... yum! Pastry is very rich but I really like it... She gave me the rest of the apple pie... so i'm going to have it for next 3 days!!! she said I can freeze it... but i was thinking "yeah.. I could... but why??" heehee.. She also baked tiny lemon meringues. They are so cute... but TBSS I had to eat them! By the way, Anne and I, we are making perfect match when having apple pies as I like pastry and she likes applies!

We have Korean food as a main meal then have non-Korean dessert in my place.. always... Big thanks to Anne!
