There was a WASO free event "Symphony In The City" today.

"Guy Noble" who is humorous and witty was a conductor like last year. I think he must have been a comedian before ! He's just great!! Last year it was held at the Burswood Park and its theme was movie sound tracks and this is year it was all classical music including Puccini, Beethoven, Tchaikovsky and others. I think it was much better than last year!

Well, we arrived there 2 hours earlier and enjoyed the beautiful weather and Anne's top cooking! She's a great cook with fantastic catering manners and presentation skills. Today we started with nut, dips and olives followed by salmon with honey mustard, maple syrup and sour cream dressing, spinach and rockets salad and Bev's pasta salad! Dessert? Well, we were at the concert.. so she got us a humming bird cake... It was just perfect as usual and we were served TOP!

While we were waiting for the concert to start Peter was having a little break under the sun! We laughed quite loud but it didn't bother him at all! The last one was "Tchaikovsky's mighty 1812 Overture with The Swan Bells and 7 Field Battery of The Australian Army", which was awesome! The sound of cannon was crazy but it went really well with the swan bells... Once again, I had a great time there!
