What am I talking about? Well, everyday at work is very challenging nowadays. Work itself is challenging but it's also fun as there are things to achieve and learn. I worked over 70 hours last week.. I know I sound loooooser but I like learning new as much as I'm tired.. I'm gonna get a loooooooooooooong vacation.. I may not come back to this country after all! That's it!
Anyway, another challenging is collaborating with people at different positions... I like interpreting people's behaviors... Why are they doing that?? what are they up to?? I know it's dangerous... Indeed it is.. in particular.. when the cultural background is very different.. but I'm telling you it's a great opportunity to learn things. I learn things everyday from everyone trying to put myself in their shoes..

Gaffney says, "Whenever someone avoids a festering issue with a co-worker, tells a supervisor only the good news, remains silent when they disagree with a proposed initiative, becomes a "yes-man" with superiors to curry favor, or complains to someone, other than the person they have an issue with, they are being dishonest,....And that lack of honest communication can come at a great cost." And he says "When all else fails, try honesty - because it works!" REALLY???

Well, "tell everything true or nothing".. That's me and my friends.. All my friends tell me the truth .. Although they don't I believe they do because they do... huh?? Recently I started doubting if I'm stupid or too stupidly brave as I met few people who just cannot handle the truth...
