Hayashi Japanese Restaurant

There were two Hayashi restaurants a few years ago - one in Perth and the other one in Applecross. Now only one Hayashi restaurant in Applecross. I've never been in Applecross Hayashi till today. I had really good meals at Hayashi in Perth before so I was expecting good one today. Well, it wasn't that good... frankly speaking I was very disappointed.. We had agetashi tofu, green salad, mixed sashimi, mixed sushi, tempura and udon. Well, simply they don't know how to make agetashi tofu at all unless you said there are different cuisine for it. Sashimi? No variety... but fresh.. shushi? errr... no comment.. tempura was good.. Udon was too salty.. but the service was great! The image is from theguide.com.au
