American hot doughnut

On Sunday, I went to that famous Queen Victoria Market and got stuck right in front of the donut bus... Ahhhh... that smell!


I don't know what American donuts are really like but it was hot and light, and I was hungry... oh and I do love donuts a lot!
While I was in the long line to get donuts I was staring the donut chef(?) - she was fast and so skillful... I think she's been doing that for years... can you see flying donut dough in the photo below??

Awww... I want some more...
