Before Air Supply concert, we went to Chanterelle at Jessica's at Hyatt center. It has a good swan river view but the setting look like those local pizza restaurants! ooops! But, food was excellent!!! I had Trio of soups... what a great idea to serve different soups .. I thought that's just specially for me - I love soup.. and I do always order soups if available. Anyway, Tomato & Basil, Pumpkin with lemongrass and Mushroom soups... Gosh.. they taste so good.. but if you like clear soup, this isn't for you! We also ordered, Spinach salad - I would say this is Spinach Caesar salad, fresh oysters, Vegetarian Plate of the day and some drinks. Very interesting in a good way!
