Getting together with good friends is always good. It's Sunday lunch for Korean Bulkogi burger... I was pretty much sure I forgot how to cook as I haven't cooked for a while.. Making it worse (or better) I was shamefully a bit tipsy with a half glass of wine when cooking! Goodness me! Anyway, I bet I cook better with wine! haahaa... Table was set up on my dinning-study table and entre was crackers with dip, quiche and Korean pork stir-fry on lettuce with seasoned rice. Korean bbq is too troublesome to eat so I made it simple by preparing everything ready to eat and seasoned rice with some secret stuff! Looks good and it was very popular! The burger turned out tasty.. My special hot chili paste is 'value-added' x factor only if you like hot stuff! Dessert from the swiss bakery was just fabulous! Awww... it was gusty, heavy raining outside.. Listening Jazz, we were talking about Jazz, current affairs, economy and King of the pop.. It was an awesome afternoon!
