How do you celebrate your birthday? It was Peter's birthday and stupid me, I thought it was next week so I didn't prepare his present... so bad!! will get him 'the thing' I've decided a while ago tomorrow.. Well, today.. we had a beautiful guinness beef pie with roasted vegies and peas.. Anne's cooking is just taking my talking away from the table.. I shut up and eat.. I'm telling you that doesn't happen very often! It was my first time to have a guinness pie but I bet it was the best! Everyone at the table couldn't stop acting like those panel in Iron Cheft.. "oh.." "Mmmmmm".."wow..." Then we took a Maxitaxi to Perth Concert Hall to see WA Youth Symphony Orchestra. Today's theme was "Emperor" performing Stravinsky, "The Rite of Spring" and Beethoven"Piano Concerto No. 5, Emperor". Stravinsky was hard ... I was wondering what was in his head/mind when composing this music! The American pianist, Thomas Hecht was performing sensational! After the concert, we taxi back then had another fabulous desserts with port wine.. Lemon Meringue was so yummy... I couldn't finish my slice so I took it home and now I'm having a bite.. Mmmmmm... It was a beautiful birthday night!!
