Grand Palace Chinese Restaurant

I don't go to Chinese restaurants or get Chinese take-out meals.. but everyone wanted Chinese food and this restaurant was just cross the road! We've been working late this week and this came across as an easy option! Well, we ordered soups, honey chicken prawns, grilled(or bbq) chicken, chili squid, special fried rice and green vegies.. Even before we tasted the food, we were shocked as the serve is so tiny compared to its high price. Prawn was very fresh, squid was very nicely done and soup was like home made but it wasn't that great.. to me. It refused to accept the entertainment book card for take-out meals but gives 10% discount.. I think that's why the serve was so small! I don't think I'd like to go there for meals but maybe for some more soups! The photo is from www.yourrestaurants.com.au
