Simon's Fusion Cafe in Fremantle

I would say one of the best on Freo Cafe Strip! I mean coffee... It's smooth but strong and still has sweetness! yum! Today, I had their fruit toast.. Goodness me! It looks like the crispy fruit toast but it's soft like brioche inside! It was soooo good melting in my mouth! oh yum!!The Best Ever! I've asked where they get the loaf and they said they usually bake in-house but today they got it from the market... So you could get one from Fremantle market!
