

What is Mandoo? Mandoo is Korean dumpling. Some thinks only Chinese has dumplings but Korean as well as Japanese has it. Mandoo is traditionally served as new year's day food in Korea and children are told to eat to be one year older! We steam them or make soup with them. Pan-fried mandoo is originally sold in Chinese restaurants in Korea... My mum makes great mandoos.. my aunt makes GIANT mandoos... I cannot eat more than one.. it's bigger than Aussie pie...
